SYSTEMS ENGINEERING ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Installs, upgrades, and configures server environment builds in separate nodes for a software program called ALIS (Autonomic Logistics Information System) for the F35 Lightning II military aircraft. (Jenkins tool used for online deployment)

DUTIES

Installs hardware and software systems (Windows, Dell, Polycom, Android, Apple), maintains equipment in proper working condition.  Initiates repair request for material.  Troubleshoots a variety of computer issues (Hardware, Software, Infrastructure), and provides technical support on-site, via phone, and email.  Facilitates computer users when they need to install or learn about new products and procedures in agreement with school district technology methodologies. Recognizes, documents, and resolves problems that can be corrected on-the-spot. Manages environments across multiple locations while ensuring maximum up-time operation of devices that support 7,500 members in the district.
